JAM-Bowling Buddies

JA members along with Coach Sank Powe concluded bowling on Saturdays with some of the children from the local schools. These children learned to bowl and compete for various awards all in the spirit of sportsmanship and fun. To celebrate their accomplishments and let them know that they were all winners, a pizza party was given for them.   

National “JA Week”
During the week of April 4-10, the Cleveland Junior Auxiliary, along with 101 chapters across eight southeastern states, will pause to say thanks to corporate sponsors and the community for making 2009-2010 another great year. April 4, 2010 has been designated as National Junior Auxiliaries Day by the efforts of both Senator Blanche Lincoln from Arkansas and Senator Roger Wicker from Mississippi. Therefore, JA members are encouraged to wear their crown pin on this day.
