JAM Christmas Party
During the past months, JA members have spent many hours with the mentoring children in various activities to let them know how special they are to us and provide them with learning opportunities in the community. So, to end the year, a Christmas party was given for the children at the bowling alley. They had lots of fun bowling, eating pizza, and opening gifts. The JAM committee and Crown Club assisted in making this event happen.

“A Child’s Dream” A huge Thank You goes to Carla Parker, dancers, the many girls and boys, sponsors and community members for an outstanding performance of “A Child’s Dream”, an adaptation of the Nutcracker.

Reality Check
A project that simulates various life experiences such as making home ownership decisions, buying a car, banking, and shopping for groceries and necessities was conducted with junior and senior students in the Cleveland School District. These students truly got a “reality check” when they saw the financial needs to support self and a family.
